This weapon is very bad, it is worse than a regular Beretta or even MP-40.
A premium weapon does not have to be “better”, but at least should be decent to use.

I mean… well…with the upcoming "Battle Rating "introduction “bad” weapons will be ranked with a lower rank, the question however indeed would be " should this particular firearm perform bad?
With the upcoming Battle rating update soldiers will also have its own BR, and with -1 vitality, +12 weapon handling and -2 mobility they all will be ranked as the “assaulter III”.

Completely made up nonsense.
All we know it’s progression tiers now. Meaning we know we’ll be able to unlock new I/II/III soldiers on specific tiers.
But we do not know yet, if it will be related to BR or not. Nobody clarified it yet.
Nonsense as well, since all premium soldiers aren’t even considered as I/II/III and we don’t know if it will ever chnage or not.
And if you consider recoil V28 H16 as something extremely bad, just wow.
(I really don’t know why did you printscreen non-upgraded stats since all premium weapons are automatically max star from get go)
Don’t think there is a way to pre-view maxed stats on premium guns in-game, without buying a squad with said gun.
With 14/8 (huh?) actual vert/horiz recoil and 0.55 dispersion on maxed TZ-45 I think it still a solid gun.
Common misinformation on the forums, no need to get angry at him, the devs haven’t been clear enough - so vague rumours that spread are to be expected.
