it looks to be a graphical / texture error, as there are no camouflages like that.
and, as you can see, it’s irregular.
so, either a texture error of 11 months ago, or some oversized blood spatter decals onto it.
which usually happens if a soldiers gets blown up next to vehicles.
but as far as i can recall, should have been fixed.
It is an enlarged decal. I think that is the devil decal for germany. There is an bug where you can make decals bigger by first placing them on a plane
