Players sometimes hide is weird places. The “kill-cam” replaces (more- less) what members of the squad would see when leader has been shoot and where the shoots came from. Obviously the AI can’t communicate like normal squad-members do.
Sorry, but I have no clue what are you trying to suggest or depict with this post.

I think he means the kill cam you get of your killer needs to go, as it allows people you kill to hone in on your location.
Recon bye death needs to go
He’s saying turn off the red outlined Kill Cam because you can tell the rest of your squad to sit still, go lose some scrub, and know where the sniper is now.
