Trying to find something entertaining to play on this game but each campaign seems to have blaring issues that kinda just seep the fun out of it. Stalingrad feels dead all the time, Tunisia is just where tanks reign supreme and make every game annoying as fuck and Normandy to my knowledge has been a general shitshow since launch.

Tbh your best bet is to try out different campaigns, servers and playtimes. As often campaigns look like: allies stomp from 9:00-18:00 and axis stomps 21:00-2:00 (example) so try to find this sweet spot where matches are more or less ballanced.
Maybe someone has a spreadsheet with servers and times. I wouldn’t be surprised.
At first I thought this was about campaigns we would reccomend to add to the game lol

Just wish the devs wouldn’t totally abandon the campaigns after release and actually balance/work on them.
Also, I’ve tested the time thing in Stalingrad but that campaign is just flat dead. Every now and then u might find an interesting match but it’s rare as hell
Play Normandy if you want to suffer constant explosives spam. Currently a high level Axis dominated campaign, but usually pretty balanced in terms of having players on each side. Also the campaign with the most console players, so be prepared for that depending on how you feel about console players.
Play Moscow if you like having Flak guns shoot at you from every possible direction. Allies dominated but have noticed that the Axis have recently had a few more players than usual.
Play Stalingrad if you like relaxed Allies PVE. Or if you like being on Axis teams that consist of just you and some AI.
Play Berlin if you are a true chad. I’d say its the most balanced campaign at the moment in terms of having players for each side. Generally both sides are pretty sweaty though so be prepared for that. Tanks and planes are less of a concern than in other campaigns.
Play Tunisia if you like relaxed Allies PVE with the occasional sweat-your-balls-off match. Or if you are an Axis masochist.
And once the Pacific launches my guess will be play the Pacific if you like steamrolling the shit out of the Allies.

Played that campaign today and for sure not dead. Just full of retarded players especially allies team.

Moscow has always been the best and still is imo.
Overall for me it’s Moscow > Tunisia >>> Berlin > Normandy > Stalingrad
The power cap on Moscow is low enough that you can contend with almost anything from a low level. It also has the fewest explosives and automatics going off at any given time so it’s more tolerable than Normandy’s and Stalingrad’s cluster of half the map exploding while troglodytes blindly spray bullets in every direction.
You can actually expect to kill most tanks you encounter without resorting to nuclear weapons as well.
Hoping the Pacific is a Moscow and not a Stalingrad.
berlin axis. Stalingrad alies > everything. (even tho you feel stalingrad is “dead” all the time, i just find that the vast majority of people that play there, is just, mediocre at best. not even bots, but trully bad players. kinda makes the campaign fell less that what it deserves.
wait for pacific as my final answer if you gonna invest time on a new side.

Berlin it is, appreciate it. Vehicles are the bane of my existence. Also, Moscow flak gun spam sounds like a fucking nightmare.
If I can’t tell is someone is an actual player or AI, I’m gonna label them an AI and assume it’s dead.
Ya, I wanna max all the sides but fuck is it hard to enjoy the game at the same time with some of them.
In Berlin they build flak guns in hallways so even when you destroy them they still block the way through
Btw for me this is how it goes - Normandy > Moscow > Berlin > Stalingrad (needs more maps to be even better) > Tunisia.

Campaigns are a wierd thing. In over a year I’ve found that players a migratory, dependent on more factors than I care to list.
Through my Recent travels (NA Server, EST, 7pm to 11pm), I have discovered the following.
Normandy - Axis Majority, probably still due to the Event Squad. Absolute bombing fest. But, build enough AA and you can work through it. My record is now 7 planes in a match.
Stalingrad - Low player counts when I play, favoring Allies. Bombing runs every other game. A bit of a hard carry if you prefer Axis. Some points screw the AI up and they fail to.move in. It needs more players or at least ones in my time zone.
Tunisia - Favors Allies, but only slightly as of late. If you have a decent team and you’re a good player yourself you can do it. Tanks will be tanks in any map with open terrain. Build AT and learn how to snipe with the GbR.
Or get in your own tank and cause some Havoc.
Berlin - Still the best Campaign by far. Usually equal amounts of humans per side. It usually comes down to skill, map awareness, and dumb luck. I’ve stolen a few matches from pure luck vs anything else.
Moscow - Also well balanced in terms of player base, which is where I am playing the most lately. Yes there is more AA spam than most, but if that’s all the enemy is capable of, then you get an easier match. Smoke em , hammer them with armor. I’ve actually had easier matches when AA spams because they are one trick ponies looking for easy kills. And by them being on a mount, its one less squad I need to kill on the point.
Anywho, that’s my experience last 45 days. It can always change. Especially if a campaign gets something new and shiny.

I’m surprised Berlin actually has axis players now, last time I played on it, there were only allies.
That is why I named server, time of day and time zone I was in.
It will vary depending on where you are in the world.
For me it was always good games especially if you have late game gear for the axis.
Yup, tried Berlin and the flak gun spam is cancerous there as well. I’m just gonna wait til Pacific comes out and pray that they actually do something right with it.
