Rebalance BR of Japanese tanks

  • Chi-Nu from BR 3 → BR 2 :
  1. Weak armor, can be easily countered by BR I-II tanks
  2. Its 75mm Type 3 cannon is not quite effective against BR III Sherman, Ho-I’s HEAT is arguably better at it
  • Chi-To from BR 4 → BR 3 :
  1. Designed to counter Sherman but mostly faced Pershing at its current BR
  2. Now Japan has an equal tool to counter Sherman at BR 3
  • Chi-Ri II from BR5 → BR 4 :
  1. Weak armor for its current BR
  2. It just Chi-To with faster reload + ineffective hull cannon at its current BR, I think it’d be fine at BR 4

I would like for them to add Chi-nu II at BR3 to replace Chi-nu that would go to BR2. II should be a perfect counter for Sherman and T-34 in future, obviously Chi-to is the best but it would be the last BR3 tank to grind. KV-1 would still murder them all easily.

new BR3 TT: Chi-ha Short - > Chi-Nu II - > Na-to - > Chi-to

Most of Japanese tanks has weak armor anyway so even opponent tanks with 1-2 BR lower would still go against them relatively fine.
