I used to use them to kill infantry
it wasnt OP it overheated quickly
and it could easily be destroyed
and now. its been killed, the minimum aiming height is about roof high

now all i have is that super slow big gun that takes ages to fire

The weakening of anti-aircraft artillery is unrealistic.
It is not profitable to play with an engineer and build a department A-A Premium account ends tomorrow and uninstalls the game that goes in the unrealistic direction. I’ll come back when Gajin fixes this error.

oh and m1 AT CANONS now start their aim from about 20 feet in the air
engineer built guns apart from machine guns which dont exist for allied on the pacific campaign, are now useless unless you are firing at AI planes in the sky or ufos
Increasing the angle of the shot is unrealistic. It was enough to add a crew and after killing everyone it would weaken the loading or slow down the rotation
the only thing this STUPID change has done
is made the few people like myself who do play engineer

totally not true
yes when aimed correctly we cud knock out infantry bunch together but then there was a constant cool down, running out of ammo etc, and with one well aimed shot or molotov, that was us wiped out
we were not any more op than a well aimed sniper or tank.
I can pin point the moment I stoped reading this post.

Anti-infantry AAA was one of the most cancerous things about this game. I haven’t tried using them after the update (as I didn’t use them before, not after discovering how bad and they were against airplanes), but I’m satisfied if everything is as described here.
Now to fix several dozens of other “features” that are only marginally less destructive to the game.
And now let’s count how many people you’ve stopped playing the game altogether with your cancer tactic.

The tactic of cancer is to use a-a according to historical realities? And already the spawn points do not bother you as much as the plane starting in the air? You are total noob

Even disregarding the need to worry about games (unlike real war) being enjoyable for everyone involved and not only for the biggest assholes… Even disregarding that, realistic act will often lead to unrealistic results when the environment surrounding it is not 100% realistic (which it obviously isn’t in Enlisted). Sometimes unrealistic restrictions lead to more authentic overall experience.
