I think they have no problem adding a some kind of tiger prototype.
I think new players don’t care what weapons there are for them, as they might not recognize particular weapons as prizes to go for.
New players just go what sounds cool. Battle of Moscow doesn’t sound cool. It doesn’t look cool.

SMG balance in moscow is not optimal, but after Kiraly buff it’s better than what it was. Nothing in Moscow is actually optimal. I’ve made dozens of posts about this and it’s tiresome.

I’m not so sure about Moscow and Stalingrad believe it or not… Stalingrad is in a good place, and as for Moscow… wouldn’t that just reverse the problem to the other side? I think even the Moscow t34 would struggle a lot vs a Tiger

The Kiraly still sucks against the PPSh. Now recoil is somewhat even but still sucks in ammo and rof for having a insigficant higher dmg output for same dispersion.
Its just a lazy copy+paste from Stalingrad where its not even supposed to be a endgame gun and a counter against the PPSh.
Well. It sounds cool and it was cool before we got the T-50.

Some buff is better than no buff. PPSh is still the best gun, there’s no denying that.

And no, it was awful from the get-go. T-50 fantasy tank wasn’t the slope, it’s a depression in the slope. The slope is real. It’s the whole thing.
All this talks of one SMG being a “counter” to another is such gaming nonsense - the ACTUAL counter(s) to PPSh are everything that outranges it - “ordinary” rifles, snipers, machineguns, tanks, artillery and mortars, aircraft.
And, most of all, good teamwork.
At short range it is the best SMG, and so it should be - that is all.

Well. At least Panzers and Ts/ BT could all pen each other equally while still having their own advantage and the MG34 didnt had the accuracy of an shotgun.

The problem with Moscow as Soviet main is that most of the equipment on that campaign felt the same with the exception being the vehicles which are worse versions of what the Soviets have in Berlin. I find the tanks in Berlin more fun than Moscow tbh even when I do use the T-34 in Moscow to fight off panzer spammers there.
I do see more Axis players prefer late war stuff as we see them in Normandy and Berlin because stuff like FG42 and Tigers.

T34 spam is worse
As an axis one i can say the problem with german equipment it remains worse than soviet one from the start to the end, as an example the first ppd is almost equal to a kiraly and the starter t60 can easily survive to all german tank (plus) all soviet tank after the t60 have a good 40mm fast fire cannon something german get at lv 29 with pz3j or buying the premium pz4e

There’s this one guy who cycled 2 Panzer IVs(both the regular and the premium one) and all it took was my T-34 to constantly destroying his tanks. I don’t see as much T-34s as much as T-28s and T-50s based on my recent experience in Moscow.
Honestly don’t play Moscow much and the most annoying thing is when the matchmaking constantly spams Quarry all the time.

Simply t50 and t28 currently are better because you kill mostly early panzer 3 and infantry, and so you have both anti-infantry/anti-tank capabilitie with one tank, t34 is better for kill tank from distance
