Readd stationary MG zoom in function

Add it back, theres no reason for it to be removed. I dont like burying my face into the screen to see something. So readd MG zoom

Yes.

MG nests are really strong. My suggestion is to limit the ammo to 3 belts a 250 rounds and bring back the zoom. Maybe an eng can resupply the MG nest.

It zooms in on the bike and in tanks, you can zoom in with it in your hands. There is no reason it should have been removed

I’m curious how they react when my eyes are broken.

I also have to cuddle my monitor when using MG nest to hit a thing. :computer: :hugs: :bear:

It’s just like it should be. MG was OP and so they nerfed it the cheap way.

So if we nerf PPSh for example, it will have it’s drum mag capacity reduced from 71 to 50 rounds. It doesn’t make any sense but it works and is cheap :upside_down_face:

Absolutely, I hate straining my eyes even when using a mg. Maybe zoom level can be reduced to half. To fix the balance issue.

They are rather easy to destroy, regardless they are indeed best LMG for the job.

Zooming with the MG is completely unnecessary and a good balance measure considering the time to kill with it. I’m sure any elite player will agree this is fine

No it’s not a “good ballance measure”. It doesn’t make any sence, not even a tiny bit.

If they wanted to nerf MG nest, they should have added ammo to it instead of this crap.

How to boast you’re both right and an elite player in one sentence. Nice try.

On topic, the zoom removal doesn’t nerf MG nests in any way, it just makes them more uncomfortable and eye-stressing to use. There were plenty of alternative ways to nerf them without the need to ruin their comfort (faster overheat, forced reload, ammo limit…)

A shitty nerf to a glass cannon mechanic. I see no point to it other than to give more of a winning chance for Allied brainless braindeads storming the “legendary” Normandy beach, PATHETIC FAILFLOW, PATHETIC!

There’s a way you can completely bypass this nerf, always hold down the aim button despite zoom, it stabilizes the shots better. Go to options and crank down the field of view to 50% or more (less than 90%) depending on your range and BOOM, instant zoom.
