RD44 machine gun needs to be beefed up

This machine gun fires intermediate power rounds with so much recoil that it’s almost impossible for the machine gun to hit a target at a long distance and the bullets are so scattered that they can be seen flying right past the soldiers and I was very disappointed that this weapon that was supposed to be so promising was so bad

Dispersion issue.
But fo example mg42 have worsten accuracy.

Almost all MGs have awful dispersion.
Which is ironic as those guns can fire +1000m irl.

Well.

AVT40 and Fedorov got unrealistic values and added recoil modifiers. If anything, it’s those that don’t make any sense…

Actually it is as good as the m19A6 in Normandy, just roll recoil perk also ensure it is ugraded too trust me, it is lethal ( mine is not maxed 4-6 stars I think), plus devs have worked on LMG deployment too, it is better not perfect but better.

I run this mg squad in Berlin as my second line support all with RD some have perk and some not…

Still, Berlin is one of the most unbalanced campaigns in the game.
Fyodorov shouldn’t even be there - not a single one was used in Berlin, and AVT-40 has 25% of it’s recoil values from the in-game stat card which makes it more controllable than the FG 42 (which shouldn’t be implemented the way it is either btw.) which is the opposite of reality.

They should increase the avt40 and Federov’s recoil multiplier and strengthen the rd44

The machine gun uses a bipod and the bullet dispersion is still high but the recoil is gone

Recoil is not a problem with this gun, its the insane dispersion it has.
Feels like it has more dispersion than the PPSh, I will stick with the DT until I can fully upgrade the RD-44.

If avt40 is not strengthened then fg422 will be devastating to the Soviets in Berlin the problem is that they are strengthened too much
