For the future if there is player base for it i would suggest no killcam, no enemy artillery indicator, no sight marking for pen or landing for tanks and perhaps no sight leading for planes asw etc etc…

nice to hear that theres already an mode worked out 
it gives you almost everything you want since mini map is disabled though the kill cam is turned on loved to see that gone at some point, and FF is on so be careful with tanks and planes

A long time ago, once upon a time, there was something called lone fight, which is same as you described. Suddenly, Darkflow somehow decided to remove it.
It was removed cause it was unpopular and they are trying to copied COD and Battlefield 5
