The game was already feeling sort of sluggish before, but now I have no intention of playing, because all I can look forward to is people playing in the scummiest ways they can find to boost that rank. Just wanted to have some fun but I cant do that when I’m in a locker room after mile day in 100% humidity 98* day.
TL;DR: Sweats ruined the rank system and my motivation to play.
i feel the same way, why the fuck should i even chance playing a game were i carry the whole fucking team but yet they wont even play the objective and to top it off i either lose a point or sweat and stay the same

This isn’t WWIIO where a high rank gives you war strategy abilities. Ranks are literally just a meaningless peen flex at this point. Sweat more in game and less on your profile screen.
That’s not true at all, I’m marshal with more than 200 rating and I don’t even try that hard, actually in enlisted having a decent aim will make you a better player than 90 percent of the player base.
tbh if they wanted to make it competitive they have to make it even harder to rankup + real matchmaking base on ranks.
Right now the rank system mean nothing idk why you even care about it.

All they did was make the sweats sweatier and the 4-stackers 4-stackier. Those who didn’t care still don’t care.

And the killfeed looks incredibly ugly too with all the namedecals and ranks. You cant even read it properlly anymore…
I could have done without the ranking, personally.
But unfortunately in the world of FPS games, people are obsessed with epeen measuring…so here we are.
The only problem I have is that people are trying to reach the marshal rank and to do so, they wont even bother to play the underdog faction. It made some serious issues with the game even more intense.

As for the system overall, doesn’t work right now. But could if they keep working on it.
I know that Aiming makes you better than 90% of the players.

damn shame. I dont play games to show off my ePeen. I play to relax for the day after a long day of work.
I just told you the rank system right now is meaningless and that’s all. if you saw people doing something “scummy” I believe they would do that with or without rank and I just explained why people don’t even need to do that cuz you don’t even need to try that hard to rank up.
after all I can’t blame anyone for trying to win the game.
