What about get rid of the punishment for staying on a losing match instead of just offsetting the penalty with a battle hero status but that means zero progress and a waste of time so its better to just take the penalty by quitting and find a better match.

Sure Iā€™m one of those marshals where it doesnā€™t matter anymore but when grinding for the rank, it means go for the campaign and faction that almost always guarantee a victory to get to marshal with a huge buffer as quickly as possible to have more allowances on exiting a bad match.
