The Cologne School Massacre with a home made flamethrower was in 1964.
And since the FRG considered itself the only legitimate German Government prior to 1990 there’s the 1950 Waldheim trials and 1953 revolt in the DDR that presumably come under it’s ambit too.
Except when considered inconvenient by some of course.
