We are not building a bridge or a pool table, it doesn’t need to be leveled. Every time I spend a lot of time to find a spot which is leveled and far enough from the capture point. In the Pacific, it’s more difficult and the problem become frustrating.
Suggestion: allow the rally point to be build even if the ground is not totally horizontal.

The absolute most annoying thing in this game.
Makes no sense.
There surley has to be a reason because you can build everything else on any terrain.
Moreover, If they want the shovels to fill a real purpose then they should fix this.
You will be able to put down som sneaky rallies.
even worse, if you dig a hole to place the rally, it won’t let you ( even though is in perfect level )
