I don’t think what is needed is even more massive, game altering explosives. Perhaps for a custom mod, but definitely not for standard gameplay.

Why not add Hiroshima nuke to Pacific campaign. You can use it every minute and it will only blast everything in 20 kilometre radius. Let’s also make it a premium squad, why not? It will be such a nice gift from the developers so players won’t have to go through that pesky grind and could just immediately by it for 60€.
So everyone (who has money) will be able to get it
