I preordered the new prem squads, now I’m thinking it would be very fun to make radio men calling supplies for teammates. it could just work as paratrooper boxes do but also provide recources, say, for three players’ squads to pick up.
Benefits:
1: Upgrade noob teammates’ equipment when you’re sick of being the only well equipped player in the team. That’s kind of a balance needed in adversity.
2: Lure your teammates to get into the objectives, as many noobs with bolties don’t want to get inside them. They either want, or need the better equipment to fight in the objectives.
3: Could act as a better ammobox, resupplying not only ammo but also grenages n mines (only if you had them before, and just once), and building materials. Although the equipment mentioned before will be “first come first serve” which limits spamming.
Precarious disclaimer: If someone was to argue that when the objective is in a building, such a drop would land on inaccessible spots. It is such challenges that make it tactful to play with. Also, the exact resource amount for balance is “I don’t know”, test it or whatever.
