None of the names in your pic are remotely “offensive”, and even if they were, it’s a multiplayer video-game where people are killing each other, they are going to be harsh and “offensive” at times and it is a complete normal thing for people competing with each other. Your suggestion for a “program that blocks potentially ‘offensive’ names” (to whom?) is insane and can only lead to unnecessary problems.
It reminds me of a former free multiplayer game called “Town of Salem”, where, even though the game was deliberately about creating hysteria in the chat to get other players lynched, the developers went to enormous extents to filter “potentially offensive” words and names. They must have added over 100 filters for every potential way one could spell just the “n-word”, including using numbers, spaces and repeated letters. And they straight banned people for uttering even a single offensive word.
And, guess what? People still found ways to circumvent the filters, and the players (who were banned even after spending many hours in the game & lost all their progress for just saying a word) got rightfully pissed, they came back, made new accounts and decided to just outright spam offensive stuff in the game, including added typed-in swastikas & all (Search: "Town of Salem Moonman). The game devs responded by making even more filters and banning people, but they kept coming back and spamming even more, other players saw the bullshit from the developers and joined in the spammers.
In the end, you could see spammers in every single match. Things got so bad the game had to shut down and become pay-to-play, losing 90% of its player-base. All of this over petty censorship and “no-fun allowed” moderation over chats. Multiplayer games who follow that path deserve the same fate, and, in the end, all you will have left are boring, extremely-regulated games where players can’t do anything slightly outside the “rules” and have fun. If you don’t want to see “offensive” stuff from people, then don’t browse the internet outside your little safe bubble.

Obv the game should not have people with racist names in it and should be asked to change it like in any other game. With this name however is not possible, the guy purposefully thought out the name so that it is racist with extra steps.
