Quit Enlisted slow down Windows 10

Hey Guys,
if I quit Enlisted my Windows 10 is really slow.
If I press the Start-Button its like the menu open with 10fps. All windows (Browser, Explorer) are slow too.
After restarting the PC all is fine.
What is wrong?
