I have seen many reviews, but i have good reason to believe they were done by n00bs because they forgot to mention important aspects like the optic for the commander.
So what can experienced players me about this tank?
Is it good or bad?

Depends T28/E has a poor armor and almost all german tank from the side or in middle of the front can pen him, is slow and not agile, in the other side his gun is good for fight all german tank and along side the 3 mg is an infantry killer, in the end is not bad or good depends on your playstile
- You like stay behind and farm kill: is the perfect tank for you
- you like face to face tank combat: is not the tank for you

How is the optic and the blast radius of the gun?
The T28 is a really fun breakthrough tank, aka just go with infantry and destroy everyone
It is a med-range anti-infantry tank. Its AT capabilites are limited. Not necessary due to its gun but rather due its size, speed and agility. The T-28 is crap, especially against tanks due to its AT ammo being nerfed. The T-28E is better with better ammo and armor plates.
Still… just cause it has mg turrets doesnt make it good in CQC. Do not even try it. Its the magnet of magnets/ tanks of TNT.

It’s a lot of fun and it can absolutely decimate infantry yet hold its own against German tanks quite well. The only cons to this tank are how large it is and thin armor but you can fight anything from the German side except maybe the PZ4F1, that can 1 shot the T28/E

The blast radius for HE rounds is hilariously large and the sound the 76mm makes firing goes with it

T-28E is a glass cannon against enemy tanks with APHE along with decent HE(not as strong as the 85mm though) but its huge size stand out so hard that a sneaky AT gun, stuka or even an enemy tank can easily spot it.
3 MGs are a big deal against large groups of infantry.
T-28 is a huge XP pack for enemy. Very hard to pen most german tanks. Also even though 3xMG, but angle is too high that unable to shoot nearby enemy.
28E is super powerful at AT, decent at AP.
But I still prefer PZ4E/F1.
I recommend it, i upgraded both t28 to their maximum level. Its my favorite anti infantry tank to play, all the mgs of the tank move incredibly fast and they are 3 in total. I love it and would warmheartedly recommend 
is good for reaping infantry. exp farmer. 3 MGs gives u the ability to one tap kill. HE blasts radius is not that important coz ur main output is the MGs. only use it when MG reloads. if u tap fire the mg it wont overheat that ez. however, is not an antitank vehicle. so don’t bring her too close to anything. btw the mg turret actually aims lower than the main gun which means u can hit close up target when they charging u with nade. but in all. stay away and stay hidden. survive so u can non stop farmming
