Does anyone have an idea as to what is going to happen to my extra squad slots and soldier customized uniforms/names in upcoming update? I bought those with the gold. Will I get refunded and allowed to re-add my slots and uniforms/names?
Also will my premium squads be carried over? I spent a lot of gold and time on these things and am crossing my fingers hoping it’ll just be carried over or at least refunded so I could re-add everything.
Those slots will be probably refunded in Enlisted Gold (if you got slots from Stalingrad pass then they try to screw you over). All premium squads will carry over but it’s the unknown what battle rating they going to have, for example i have STG45(M) squad which is one of the worst premium full auto squads in a game they shouldn’t have same BR as Fedorov or laser accurate AS-44 it should fight against PPsh41 box and PPD40 just like gold order Mkb42(W) that is still better than STG45(M) so maybe a bit higher than (M),so either lower BR or buff that gun.
The premiums should be accessible by the main factions they are associated with (don’t know how Moroccans in the Pacific is going to work out).
Cosmetics we know will become something you set on a campaign basis, so imagine you have one Germany lineup and you toggle customization between Moscow/Stalingrad/Berlin/Tunisa/Normandy. Since cosmetics can be stored in an inventory rather than just vanishing I imagine they will all just go back into inventory to be re equipped with the new system, but that’s a guess on my part.
The squad slots we don’t really know, presumably they will carry over but extra i.e. you bought them on every campaign when those campaigns have been merged will be refunded. To what extent we are refunded not even gaijin knows.

No one knows for sure.
I would imagine they do something similiar what we have today:
4 slots per faction. 7 slots per faction with premium pass. Extra slots for gold (maybe 3 slots maybe more).
Since 20-50 Axis’ slots, 12-30 Soviet slots and 12-30 US slots will be heavily reduced due to the new system they maybe will increase the slot capacity for each faction.
Or/and perhaps give every player the right to freely equip premium squad slots (make sense since it also would be an incentive to buy premium squads)
I guess slots will still be a thing, but they will be faction-related instead of campaign-related.
That’s how I think it could be. That the slots will now be assigned to the side of the conflict, not the theater of operations. But the problem is that in Normandy and Japan I have 10 slots each, and in Tunisia I have 8 slots. That gives the Allies 28 slots.
