I noticed that in weapons that use stripper clips (Specifically the Gewehr 98 Wartime Modification), they are always reloaded with the same clips, even at high capacity. This would, realistically, put more cartridges in the rifle than actually possible.
If I didn’t explain that well, here’s an example:
If you’re using a Gewehr 98 War Mod and it’s at 24 rounds (With a maximum of 25), and you wish to reload, the rifle is reloaded with a stripper clip of 5 rounds, which would leave you with an impossible, 29 rounds loaded into the firearm.
I realize that this issue isn’t present on all stripper clip weapons, but I just wanted to point out that some of the newer (Sort of) weapons don’t reload correctly.

You can partly load a strip into a gun you know. Although, they haven’t modeled it in the game I think. They made it so the G41 does what you mention, load multiples of 5, then singles in to top it off. Takes longer to reload though.

I’m aware, but yes, a couple rifles will still use the entire clip instead of single cartridges. Thank you for the comment!

Hello! It’s known, in the dev server it was fixed for almost all weapons of that type besides the Gewehr 41 M and the kbsp Wz.38.

stripper clips were used top off rifles they just didn’t push all the round into the rifle
it could be cool if this was implemented and stripper clips keep track of the amount of rounds on them like how magazines work

SVT and AVT could’ve loaded with stripper clips for partial reload too.
