- Highlight the outline of dropped weapons to increase the weapon visibility and thus making the gaming experience more smooth and enjoyable. Player wouldn’t spend too much time scanning the ground to look for a weapon they want.
- The highlight effect should only activate when the player is nearby and the player crosshair is near the weapon. This is to avoid having too many weapons that could be at long distance from being highlighted.
Please no. It would be extremely unpleasant to look at. I don’t want some weird neon-like stuff lying around every wiped squad.
If there’s a toggle option, I wouldn’t mind. As long as it’s not by default.
It’s just a suggestion, and it’s no way perfect.
The effect I was referring to is already in the game. The outline of the player that killed you is highlighted red during the deathcam. I try to make my suggestions from functionalities already implemented in the game or in a way that it doesn’t break the theme of Enlisted.
Yeah, you are right. I do respect that.
I overacted, sorry.
we definitely need some better way to pick up guns but the one you showed might be too intrusive, i would imagine a darker tone that doesn’t get in the way of gameplay
It will be a horrible to discern the weapons from the ground if they were stacked or piled together. The silhouette will be a mess
I thought of that which is why I suggest the highlight to only activate when the crosshair is near the weapon, this way not all of the weapons in the room is highlighted.
