QoL: add an option to set waypoints for research sequence

Presently, the next unlock in the research line is automatically selected when you finish researching something.

E.g. if you finished researching PPSh-41, the next match will automatically count the XP towards unlocking Fedorov Avtomat, and then AS-44.

But for instance personally I only need PPSh-41, as I don’t want to use Fedorov or AS.

Yet, if I forget to/don’t change the next unlock after PPSh-41, my earned XP is wasted on something I wasn’t going to unlock.

So it would be nice to set waypoints as flags with 1, 2, 3 sequence of what I want to be researched during my next matches, for example:
1 - PPSh, 2 - IS tank, 3 - IL plane.

Having set the waypoints, I would proceed to play dozens of matches, knowing that I am researching the things I need.

Or let the excess experience become universal experience, just stop the system from automatically selecting the next project for me.

This won’t cause DF to lose anything, as universal experience in one faction can’t be transferred to other factions.
