pzB-38

What is the point of the pzB-38 anti tank rifle? I have shot at many tanks with this gun, including the allies version of the weapon and i`ve never taken a tank out with it  The only thing I have found it good for is, long range shooting.

AT rifles are very situational and you have to be very good to cause damage to a tank with them.
That being said, if you can master them they do amazing things. Knocking out crew, taking tracks and modules out of tanks. And of course shooting through things that infantry are hiding behind.

Its not a wonder weapon that one hit kills things. Its a surgeons scalpel that removes crew at a good rate if you manage to master it.

Currently it’s best use is to destroy AA guns.

In terms of using it against tanks, shoot the engine to get the best results.
You may want to shoot at ammunition of a tank, it takes about 4 shots to cause an explosion. But you need the tank to be disabled, otherweise it will simply run away or kill you.

Other than that, I don’t recomend using it. Due to reasons it’s very unreliable at destroying tanks.

AT-rifle was used historically for take out tank traks or optic, and force the crew bail out, in enlisted technically have the same job but…

Better dont talk about tank damage model…

Thanks for the feedback guys, at least I know now that I`m not doing anything wrong, or that the weapon is wrongly labelled. I have killed the odd single tanker here and there, and quite enjoy the gun to be honest  All the best to you all :+1:

the point of the pzb is to railgun snipers across the map and make them rage

It’s good in Moscow, but hard to accomplish anything with in Tunisia.

Moscow- very easily pens the T-26 and BT, gets through the T-60 with some difficulty, not sure about anything else.

Tunisia- gets through the Daimler pretty easily, A13 is a struggle but doable. Haven’t shot it at anything heavier.

They are better against light tanks but still not good. Engine fire remains the best option imo.

Well bt7 fast die if you good shot.
T-26 too.
But t-60 you can’t pen frontally so it become useless on distance.
(New players rush on t-60 so you can easily pen in side)

I only have the weapon in Tunisia as I never really play on the Moscow maps. Thanks for the feed back :+1:

Shoot T-60 turret to pen

40mm of pen at point blank, drops off to 30mm of pen at 100m. It’s enough to punch through most armor on the earlier soviet tanks, so long as it isn’t too angled since angled armor is very strong in Enlisted. The damage isn’t usually enough to detonate ammo on the first try so your best bet is hitting crew, the engine or the transmission to disable the vehicle. The T-38/E can’t be damaged as easily due to its size and curves(she thicc) and the T-50 and T-34 are more or less invulnerable.

Haven’t the devs said they would buff AT rifles? Oh well

The T60 has a small turret, so it’s difficult with the current dispersion of the ATR.

Becoming the axis main in Tunisia is a heavy burden of playing with bots, my respect.

They buffed them… against infantry.

Doable though
