IIRC german 75mm HEAT wasnt in service until 1943 while the T-50 was in service but may not have seen combat in the battle of moscow proper. There is also the aforementioned balance issue. Tanks in moscow are fine atm.

I don’t really see the problem the Pz IV can lol pen everything apart for the t50, and even with the t50 you only need to shoot at the turret mantlet that is easy to pen.
