Definitely not worth getting. The PZ 3 E is pretty much just as capable as the J. The 3 E has two coax MG that are really good.
Their shells really like to bounce off from slightly angled armor though.

But so does the regular pz3J ones…
At least first 2 pz4 redeem themselves by being good infantry sweepers…

I got the Battlepass P-3J a long time ago - it was a great upgrade for my regular tank crews, but I doubt it is worth it for money as it’s still relatively mediocre vs the later vehicles (as has been noted) and doesn’t help your regular tank squads.
