For the past two weeks, after playing on my PlayStation 5, I’ve been unable to exit the game, remaining stuck in a cloud-like state. I’ve tried to force quit the game, but it doesn’t work, and furthermore, I can’t power off the PS5 console normally. As a result, I have to force shutdown the console. After restarting the PS5, all the game apps on the SSD crash, and I have to reformat it, which is causing a very serious issue. How long is the game developer going to leave this bug, which is putting a strain on the PS5 console itself, unfixed? If the PS5 console or the SSD gets damaged, will the game developer take responsibility and provide compensation? Please fix this bug immediately!
