I am looking to spend some money on the game i have a questions though. With it being open beta i assume once the game goes into full release there may be a full wipe. Is anyone able to confirm if this is the case and what might be best to buy that may carry over ie. special squads, planes, troops etc. i assume that the coins you buy and spend will not carry over for instance on campaign progression or weapons. Thanks for reading and any input anyone can provide.
No wipes are gonna happen as devs and streamers said.
Yea I doubt they would put up a store with all these starter packs and premium, which people are bound to buy, just for it all to then be wiped. It would be extremely foolish of them and cause a huge backlash, but yea sadly I cant give you a definite answer just speculation

It was already said that the CBT wipe was or last.
Today Mike even confirmed again that there will be no wipe for the “battle of Berlin”, or another wipes

Thanks all i did look prior to posting but didnt find anything. For the record there are plenty of games that let you buy items prior to release and then the game wiped. I do appreciate all the info all.

I think the reason could be extremely easy. There are many unannounced campaign levels in the future. Now, it’s already extremely easy to unlock everything in one faction in one capagin – only about 50-70 hours with premium. It’s much faster than WT(which is about 200+ hours to unlock all planes and tanks even by premium). U just cannot give players everything so fast – That’s what Gaijin always do…
