When holding the handle it looks liek his arm is dislocated
Do you think the bren would look better with a drum magazine like the MG34

Bren gun with 100 round mag if you wish. It can’t have mag like MG34 as it’s not belt fed.
Ps.
It was for AA use and has no usable sights. So no, it’s not a good idea to implement it unless you want to spray and pray.
