I’m so sad that I waited for final news for prices and announcement of the merge to do that, and when they rolled out the merge overnight it was too late.

Many people, me included, didn’t stock up on tier 4 or something because DF was constantly changing new selling values and stuff.
Everyone was waiting for the final “all bets are off”.

Bruh the name of the bayonet translates to “SG 84/98 III with bayonet”. I can’t imagine how poor the descriptions are in other languages, just look at those in English:

Any “bolt” upgrade in the game is translated as “śruba”, the thing that goes into nuts, instead of “rygiel”, so I suspect a lot was translated with Google, or they got scammed by the translators they hired. Long ago, the desertion pop-up had the confirmation button translated as “pustynia” (desert in the Sahara sense of the word) instead of “zdezerteruj”.

LOL, I speak Polish so I’ll check it out for myself. I think they probably just used Google Translate or tried translating it themselves with their limited knowledge in other languages. I wouldn’t mind fixing the descriptions for a few $. Though I think it would be pretty neat if they hired some historians like Ian McCollum and Nicholas Moran, and had native speakers translate them.

Yea the localisations for enlisted were and partly are still horrible for german aswell.
The sandy desert was in german too.
But my favorit error they did was when they replaced the name for the SBD with the D3A1 in both pacific and tunisia. But not only that but actually messed up the campain unlock window aswell so it showed the D3A1 instead of the SBD for both pacific and tunisia.

The biggest jokes are descriptions of new APCs. Basically all of them are copy pasted. Sometimes one word is changed tho.

As a result of this thread I yanked some bayonets today as I found time to sell some dead weight off.

I spent a few minutes selling off some reserves who were not max perk capable (or even within one point of it) and not British or Italian. I didn’t even finish going through my German reserves and earned about 250k in silver. I don’t know how many bayonets I pulled. Probably not enough to get more than 1000 silver, but I was already in there looking at perks so it seemed like a nice way to save a few silver.
