The builder of the rally point must be prioritized when spawning in that rally. It is one of few way we can recompense person who build rally and contribute to win by sacrificing their time.

I get where you are coming from but I’d prefer an accurate que and not special priority. All I want is my count down or place in line not to be reset. It’s a team asset after all

its matter of few seconds unless its build somewhere near combat / attic where bots get stuck so I dont exactly consider this as anykind of priority in to do list.
i think is also better to prioritize the person that build it because teammates like to leech on rally points. So if you are not going to contribute by building another one i dont see why you should be before me that im even helping the team a lot more. plus if this actually happened maybe it would encourage teammates to build more.

As a frequent builder of rallies, I’d rather ensure that my teammates keep using them, then have a special priority for myself. The occasional few seconds of wait time is an acceptable loss for being able to significantly control where my team spawns and how they behave around the objective, and I feel that if there were an extra delay occasionally, more of them would just spawn at the home point and snipe.

I may be doing it all wrong, but I make a point not to spawn in the rally points I put down (I will spawn in other peoples’ rally points). I do that mainly so someone else can use my RP (and I get the points) and then I spawn on other peoples’ RPs (so they can get the points).
Same with ammo boxes. I’ll generally use the AT/AA guns that I place, but I’m usually doing that because something isn’t being addressed quickly enough (air, armor, etc.).
The points you get from engineering assists are kinda small potatoes compared to the value of using whatever spawn or other structure helps you accomplish your objectives most efficiently, I feel. Better to spawn at whatever point will let you do your best, regardless of owner.
It’s all good and happy until you realize you are the only one who use engineer

Very true, but the points are really the only way I have to compensate the absolute saints who place RPs.

Heh, fair enough. I play a lot of axis tunisia, and for a long time the rally points only existed where me or my queue buddy had placed them. They’re meaningfully more common now, but it was a rough time for awhile XD
Look, I build rally points pretty often and I’m happy for the team to spawn first. First to poke their head out is usually the first to get shot
