I think there should be a way to reset your Squads’ XP and Skills once they max out. Id live to re - earn my squads back up. Maybe at a +10% XP rate every time you Prestige?

okay, but what would be the benefit of doing that? Levelling a squad till you get the 100% exp boost and 1 or 2 more specialist for that squad is a pain.
For add more specialist maybe 
i think him want regrind only squad formation perk for more specialist and create an 9 man assaulter squad

Also Prestige for squads? I really don´t get a point of that other than cementing the meta by giving such squads exp boost on top of everything.
Prestige maybe somewhat works in DBD (from which OP probably took this concept) but it would do little to no good in Enlisted.
more than prestige I would like to give them the elite status that gives them a measly 5% additional campaign exp

That is what veterancy can be used for…
It is about time for the devs to reveal wth they have in mind with those (assuming they have any plan in this regard to begin with).
There is no need to reset entire squad for that.
In the description is written veterenacy give special perk for soldier and efficiency boost for weapons
However, since it isn´t available, and this wasn´t changed ever since CAT, I´m doubtful it will stay that way.
It might as well be completely forgotten feature that just gets copy pasted with each new squad.
i also doubt that the current squad system will remain like this, as well as the current progression unless they want to commit suicide, I see them managing 20 campaigns

It’s a grind anyways, but unlocking stuff and working towards stuff for individual squads is fun. Also…I’d like for this game to last years … because it really is good. Most times my complains are out of love. I don’t want it to be dead in a year or two boys and the grind has kinda helped with that. Also…it’s not always a grind…they do give you some good stuff on the path for the better things.
Haha I can understand…suppose I just want more to do with the squads once I level em up
maybe he wants to change which specialists are in the squad without using orders, its actually a good idea

re-grinding squad to get other specialists + 5% campaign progress with it, like you suggested, definitely gonna take

I m always on the edge of campaign and squad levels. There isn’t simply nothing worth doing as a challenge for me to get. But it’s also the time I can always play the game just for the fun it provides and not as a xp grinder simulator.
