Preface
I bought the pre-order Landing Forces Pack for the pacific campaign and i’m loving it thank you very much devs for what you gave us and your hard work! the problem for me is that i would love that the uniforms and their details would be enhanced a bit,i’m in no way an historian but after a bit of internet searching i’ve found some nice pics and info that could aid me; and i invite anyone that’s a bit more experienced or has a proper title and knowledge on the argument to add on this post or correct me.
The Squads
We have 4 squads in total,2 per each faction of the campaign and they are one infantry squad and one tank squad,i’m going to focus mainly on the infantry ones.
Here’s the squads:

(2nd Amphibian Tractor Battalion of the 2nd Marine Division,2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion - Wikipedia)
Axis
(Giretsu Paratroopers of the Teishin Division,Giretsu Kuteitai - Wikipedia, only possible insignia seems to be the one of the division)
(6th Armored Regiment of the 2nd Tank Division,2nd Tank Division (Imperial Japanese Army) - Wikipedia, other useful info )

(Here a video picturing em from all sides,Giretsu Kuteitai Imperial Army soldiers condition train receive instructions and participate in a departure ceremony before they are transported in Type 97 aircraft to Yontan and Kadena airfields on Okinawa where they will crash land and destroy American)
Little Addendum
Blade Weapons
(Bowie-style knife supposedly used by Marine Raiders,Original U.S. WWII Marine Raider Rodgers Collins & Co. Legitimus No.18 – International Military Antiques)
(Both a bowie-style knife and a Marine Raider stiletto,The gear of Marine Raiders from WWII | SOFREP)
(Type 30 bayonet)
Suggested Fixes
After i linked the photos of both in game troops and irl life counterparts i would like to see the pouches, bayonet or bowie-style knife sheat (on the Marine Raiders),backpacks, canteen etc… on our troops in game and if possible i would love if those squad would be given a unique melee weapon (like the Italian marines and Moroccan squad in the Tunisia campaign),for the Marines it could be a bowie-style knife or the stiletto (this one would be easier to model i guess, since is kinda similar to the standard knife) and since we already have the guntō and the traditional katana (once again thanks lot devs for this event!!) maybe the devs could add the Type 30 bayonet as a last ditch dagger or some other type of japanese short sword like Wakizashi.
Post Scriptum:
I ask all users to add or expand on this post in the comments, I hope you devs will hear my plead, and if the blades could be impossible to add at least enhance the uniforms, and naturally is not a important matter so please relieve your workload and do all the fixing you need but please take this suggestion in consideration, thanks for your attention and for the game that everyday you expand and fix, remember that we love it and will continue to support it (at least i’ll do),thanks a lot!
Thank you for your time and excuse me for the long post,
Frankyborr.
