Hi, I am a bit frustrated with my premium squads. When I first purchased one, I thought I would be able to upgrade the soldiers to rank 5, as their appeared to be an option to do so within “perks,” so I continued to buys premium squads. I have saved up some bronze orders and today I tried to actually rank up one of my premium soldiers to sadly learn that nothing happens when you click rank up. Now knowing that I cannot indeed improve my premium soldiers past the point of their purchase, they seem very pointless and almost like a waste of a battle slot, and money. Please, I am hoping there is some improvement that can be made here, because I don’t know what to do with these squads now knowing that I cannot improve their rank and current perks. I see that people have been taking this same issue for over a year now based on previous threads. I am hoping that something is in the works here! Just my input.
I’ve been able to upgrade my premium squads to 5 stars so far, they’re just expensive AF in bronze (too).

Oh my goodness thank you so much: so for whatever reason, yesterday when I was trying it, Nothing would work. Like I tried to spend the bronze orders and nothing happened. But today now that I see it works for y’all, I tried again and IT WORKED 
maybe my game just needed a restart or something. I’m very happy now that this does work, thank y’all for the replies!

It now works for me, i dont know why it wasn’t working to upgrade their rank for me earlier… thanks very much for the reply!
You were probably just having issues with connection to the server at the time. Glad that it’s ok now.
