Just a few things I noticed between the cosmetics of the squads shown in the preview images versus in game, not sure anyone if anyone is too bothered about it but it’d be nice to see them added perhaps.
On the preview image for the bundle, there’s cosmetics you can see that are absent from the squads themselves, for the U.S, there’s thompson pouches and gas mask assault bags, and for the Germans you can see a pouch on the front right of the belt, a machine gun belt around the neck, and a gas mask tin on the back. It’d be neat to have those things put on to give the soldiers a bit more of a geared up look.
The premium Ger paras don’t have luftwaffe collar tabs(Kirali squad used to compare), not sure if intentional or not but, something I noticed.
Aside from that though, personally enjoying using the paras myself Though thing I’d add a GP bag to the U.S paras or something that looks like it could fit the comically large drum mag. I know they’ve not been everyone’s cup of tea! But yeah, thanks for looking at this very uh, pointless thread, just wasn’t sure where else to put it or if anyone has mentioned it to the devs. I’m sure I’ll have forgotten something I wanted to mention guh.
That’s a good observation. I will point out that the image that has the extra cosmetics is a promotional image, so it does make sense why they have extra cosmetics.
I wish would could do some customization with those guys though. I would like to throw some airborne helmets so they’re not as obvious and just look like a regular soldier.
Another small detail, the loading screen shows the squad (which is 101st Airborne) with 82nd Airborne should patches (which I also wish US soldiers had in Enlisted).
Trust me my friend, you should be happy that they implemented FJ helmets and after a billion years “fixed” (in Enlisted fixing terms ) FJ uniforms. This is very, very much about customization from the devs.
I’d like to think that it was my ultimative, all-encompassing thread that finally incentivized DF to correct the FJ uniforms (as the Berlin FJ-squads do favor this argument) but it’s much more sensible to think that it was due to the pressure of the 7+ previous suggestions over the months/years that pressured them to finally correct the uniforms. If anything, this just proves that with enough pressure and a thread that amalgamates every suggestion, that eventually things will change, but be very very patient as if we are to take my thread as reference it took them more than 3 months…
