Premium Engineer building speed (some of them)

I wanted to re visit something I mentioned a while ago. Some of the engineers in premium squads can select +50% building speed as a perk (478th infantry regiment, Premium axis mg squad, moscow /. 25th betallion, Event reward allied assault squad, Pacific War). However some can not (343rd infantry regiment, Premium axis mg squad Moscow / 34th Signal Company, Premium allied radio Squad, Tunisia / 26th Armoured brigade, premium allied motorcycle squad, tunisia).

I wonder if there is a a reason for this? Some of the engineers have the same stats as the assault guys and can selecty improved build speed, some engineers have ‘engineer’ stats but cannot select +50% build speed?

It would be nice to be able to select improved build speed on all of my engineers, that’s an essential engineer skill (for me anyway). Of course there may be a reason why this is the case, but its odd some premium squads have the option and some don’t in the same campaign. I know the devs were looking at this, and it’s possibly on the ‘to do’ list, but I thought I’d ask the question as I raised this last year, and it was acknowledged by the devs.

Would it possible to have 50% build speed selectable on ALL of our engineers please.

cause some(all?) premium engineers were hard coded with skills. so instead of game recognizing it as engineer class, it recognizes it as separate premium engineer class with different skills.

overall they could fix it, just they are too lazy…

And only two squads in the game can have engineers with 22 mobility which allow them to take both building speed and medpack usage speed perks simultaneously

Current perk system is pretty much irrelevant, we already know it’s going to be reworked. So I really don’t understand point/reasoning of this post.
Just wait until the rework comes out. Maybe it will solve your problems. If not, then is the right time for more suggestions related to this topic.
