Are premium players more likely to be matched with other premium players?
My premium time just expired so played a bit as f2p (hoping for another premium time sale soon) and my teams are suddenly very poor and low rank. Could be coincidence, but played 4 games in a row as tier 2 allies and almost every team mate was low level on the player ranking - not a single gold icon.
Man I hope that’s a thing. Keep them preemie vehicle cycler War Thunder wannabes out of my combined arms infantry game

I hate the spotting system in this game
I hate how Krauts are either screwing you as your teammates by either taking ALL of the kills or being braindead
Or they are absolutely RAILING you as the enemy and there is pretty much nothing you can do about it cause their planes outmaneuver yours and their tanks front lolpen you 100% of the time while you have like a less than a 1 in a 100 shot of penning a Panther’s mantlet and that’s about the only bone you’re ever given
Thank God for Enlisted and fleshbags being extremely susceptible to 30-06. I swear it’s so much better as a game hands down. Unfortunately, my air lineup is extremely lacking compared to my ground lineup (just unlocked the 9.0 XM-803 while my planes are the 5.3 F-82E, 5.7 AD-2, and preemie 7.0 A2D-1) and I’m trying to fix this dilemma

I find Commies ain’t much better unfortunately. Especially in Gaijin related games. Their planes turns WAY better than they have any right to and their tanks are notoriously the most difficult to kill
At least I seem to have finally found my calling in Air RB, which I have sucked at for oh so long and had literally given up on ever being good at. Interceptors. Shredding enemy bombers with 14 .50 BMG M2’s is oh so satisfying. The P-38 also seems to put in a lot of work in that department too. Plus I’m finally getting the hang of Boom and Zoom it seems, which has just left me utterly helpless to do anything due to the high skill ceiling necessary to do that tactic that is the ONLY VIABLE TACTIC FOR EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN PLANE IN THE ENTIRE GAME FOR WHATEVER UNHOLY REASON
So yeah getting the hang of that is helping immensely. I can actually get 1-2 kills a match now instead of just crashing and burning in the first 2 minutes/after 15 minutes of climbing

Idk if PS5 supports it but WT sim in VR is 10/10 for props
And don’t forget the Fw-190 as well that got just as shafted despite being outright superior in almost every way to the 109

And unfortunately I ain’t got the late P-47’s just yet. Sure would be nice though. Love that thing for CAS. Which is apparently the only good thing the US gets. And people wonder why all American mains take to the sky in Ground RB and leave the match to rot. Lol. Got real late into the flying game though and didn’t start trying CAS till I was like what? 6.3?

It’s rank I’m talking about - but I’m assuming premium accounts have higher rank and low rank players are likely to still be f2p.

Thats a big assumption then. Rank is largely determined by how much you play. It’s simply accumulated victories.
But sure, i don’t wanna mess with your way of looking at it. My two cents is just that the two are unrelated and I wouldn’t add too many detailed conclusions around it.
Oh yeah I know they’re unrelated - just the link you make is newer player, lower rank, free to play - especially so far onto a season. Not sure how many people will be playing to Marshall etc as f2p.
But of course it was only a hunch based off 4 matches after dropping to f2p all suddenly being with low rank teams so wondered if it was a thing - I know new players are queued separately, so wondered if premium was similar.
