The Soviet Union became great in BR2, and the situation in BR5 will also improve.
The United States has been strengthened to some extent in BR2, but there has been no fundamental change. And it becomes all-round capable in BR5.
After 3N was modified, Germany’s dominant position in BR2 disappeared. As for BR3, it has become better, perhaps?
Japan has been greatly strengthened both in BR2 and BR3. I think it’s not so good for the United States in BR2.

USSR players will continue to whine about every imbalance not in their favor while defending every imbalance in their favor.
They will have to work harder to find things to complain about, as they steamroll every BR with virtually no difficulty.

I think it’s reasonable for the 3N to be in BR2. It’s hard to say whether the change is a good thing or not. Let’s place our hopes on future updates. But now, I’m going to steer clear of Germany’s BR2.
German wins most? Be honest; the problem is that Germany wins AT ALL.
Germany BR2 will die, people will move to BR3/5 or other nations.
Japan will become kings of BR3 without forcing them to match vs BR4/5. BR5 may become much weaker due Meteor so good bye to the Ho-ri i will be missing you.
Soviets will become undisputed kings of BR2 grinding Axis bots for days, their BR3 will always be strong so no change there. BR5 Soviets are usual stomps for the German teams.
Americans will be 50/50 grinding Axis bots or getting kicked in the balls by Japan BR3 always downtiering to BR2. BR5 USA is solid but their teams are dreadful. BR3 is also very strong.

my prediction:
with current MM rules, Japan will dominate BR2-3 and most likely do well in BR5 as well.
Soviets will move to BR2 dominating BR1-2 and BR2-3, I expect all veterans to play BR2 because their new toys are all over powered and their only scourge -the III N- was gutted.
Western Allies might do okayish in BR5, but BR3 will be bot games. I expect vets to mostly stick to BR1 or try their luck in BR5.
European Axis: BR1-2 and BR2-3 will be bot matches or newbies getting slaughtered, I expect Axis veterans to flood BR5 for new MG and Me-262s (they got the most stuff for BR5) and maybe also play BR4 to dominate BR3-4 with Király39M, since worst case scenario: they get BR5 match in which their team dominates.
Best case scenario: they can destroy the enemy in a downtier since Allied BR4 will be unpopular I reckon.
Its true that Axis were winning more matches than Allies, but at least matches were somewhat balanced and lasted longer than 10 minutes on every BR I have played in the past 4 months. I expect that to end due to stupid decisions that are based on the feedback of faction mains rather than performance data.

My prediction is nothing will change because it doesn’t matter how many buffs you give to a faction if the player base of that faction rarely builds rally points. Germany will continue to pull BR 2 wins with just MP40, Kar98K, Rally points, and elbow grease.
I keep winning and getting more bored in time.
