Why My pre-order rewards ONLY have “Nickname decoration”，
no have the new avatar ，the Pendants，and Tank skin

  1. You did buy the pack BEFORE Pacific update was released, did you? Or are you on console?

  2. I bought the preorder pack and I have both name decorator AND avatar, haven’t customized my tanks yet but I assume skins and helmet are there.
