Practice Range Rework

The Practice mode is Enlisted’s dedicated mode for trying out weapons and vehicles, checking different vehicle’s armor layouts, and honing your skills in a controlled environment. Currently, the mode is very bare bones. Here are some changes I would like to see with Infantry, Tanks, and Planes.

Infantry:

  • Infantry can only spawn at the firing range. They should be able to choose to spawn by the tanks.
  • The targets do not have labeled ranges. A range sign on the side would help.
  • These targets lack damage indicators. A damage display or a set health could fix this.
  • There is no practical way to test throwables and explosives. A separate explosive range with target dummies could be used.
  • When resupplying from the ammo box, you are always given a frag grenade regardless of what you had equipped before
  • All anti-tank weapons should be supplied at the tank area for use. This includes impact mines.

Tanks:

  • Tanks are currently put in parallel slanted columns, like a parking lot. It would be better if they were shoulder-to-shoulder facing the tank spawn.

These would be how the tanks would be positioned. They would be however facing spawn

  • Only tech tree tanks are encountered. Event and premium vehicles should also be included to test their unique armor values.
  • Tanks should be crewed. This will allow for better testing of shell damage and he rounds.
  • Tanks should respawn after being destroyed. This can either be immediate or after a short period.

Planes:

  • There are only stationary balloons to shoot at in the air. These should be supplemented with planes with a set path across the battlefield.
  • Planes should spawn further away from the tank area. Currently, they spawn 400 meters away, which gives little time for adjustment. 800 meters would be long enough to properly prepare the plane and short enough to make repeated attempts not tedious.

Please leave your input on other ways you want the practice mode to see improvement!

there should be bots running left and right in order to really improve your aiming instead of still cardboards which give no better aiming in return

They should add airfields In the practice range, so that it can later be added in battles
