PPS 43 (BR2) is better than Beretta 38A (BR4) - change my mind

both kill with 3 shots but PPS 43 has 100 more RPM without sacrificing much accuracy.

Lord Jesus, Holy Virgin Mary. You said it, but what next, what’s the conclusion?

the conclusion is that there is no point in talking to a troll

Why am I talking to you then…

The Beretta M38/40 has 6.8 close-range damage and lower damage drop-off. Against unarmored Soviet soldiers, it can easily kill with just two shots. On top of that, it has a 40-round magazine and excellent recoil control. At most, this thing belongs at BR 3 — not compared with an SMG at BR 2 that also suffers from heavy damage drop-off

They deal the same damage - like you pointed out yourself because of armor, actually PPS deals more damage than Beretta when you lower its damage by 10%

I just dont see any reason for it being in BR4 if the M38/42 is in BR3 and the gap lies in 100rpm and 0.03 dispersion. Downgrade the Kiraly to BR4 if we really need a BR4 SMG for some reason.

Pps 42/43 deals 6.7 damage at 10m
Beretta 38 6.8 damage at 10m
That 0.1 damage is cosmetic amd has no real effect.

Hmm… I didn’t expect that from you. You visit Ruforum often. You can probably translate it yourself… I’m literally writing the same thing as you lol. Where’s the trolling?

How did you get out of “Ignore”? Go back.

not true, a soldier has 13.5 HP, so dividing this 2 means you need 6.75 dmg to guarantee a two hit kill/down.

6.8 dmg kills with two shots
6.7 dmg kills with three shots

Soviet soldier of BR4-5 always has body armor so your 6.8 gun will never kill him in 2 shots.

Most players on BR1-2 doesnt have vitality, its a luxury of veterans to have high stat and max upgraded soldiers.
Normal soldiers have around 10 HP, (but flame II and paratroopers have some extra HP too)

yes, but that was more a general example how damage works - body armor breaks this and is the exception

In actual matches, Soviet players wearing body armor are extremely rare — most of them are new players. You can’t take a coordinated squad of elite Soviet players and pretend that’s the norm. In this kind of environment, the Beretta M38 can perform exceptionally well at mid-range, with both solid accuracy and killing power. It can easily down those new players in just 2–3 shots.
