I noticed this too when i played USSR for over a 100 matches in a row
They do not build rally’s, nor even use them 
And I remember ppl saying German axis players were the most brain dead. Those have an impressive amount of building points for brain dead players

Welp, the mistake here sadly, was playing the USSR atm, kek. I mean, once the Allies get the Pershing, I doubt I will lose at all… Might show some of my screenies if I can find them.
I’m kind of in the same spot in USSR land, where I get monstrous scores, but because the team is full of baboons, I end up losing. It looks like I might need to get a stack around there…
Soviets are OK. Mosins 1907 and T-60 are a common sight in BR V.
Is it bad - that they are griefing, making their team lose the game ?
But overall - it is just a game. If some people want to lose, then why not

I love the Mosin rifles… 
They are good too, having a mosin or two in a 9 men squad would be perfectly fine even on BR5, but some players just get an event squad and play BR5 while everything else they have are BR1.
Be it Germans, Soviets, Japanese or US players, these guys can be serious set back since they stand no chance in CQC, tank vs tank combat or dog fights. The best they can do is build rallies but most don’t.
