Who gets the points when a squad has a different type of unit with them?
For example, a rifleman squad that has an engineer. If the engineer does well, does the rifleman squad get the benefit? Or, if a sniper in a radio squad does well, does the radio squad get the benefit points towards research points etc
I hope this is clear enough for someone to answer.
Your research tree gets experience by playing the game
Your squads get experience by being used in a match
Your individual soldiers get experienced by being used in a match
How much is determined by how well you do
If you don’t use a squad, it doesn’t get experience. If you’re trying to level up your Engineer Squad or Radio Operator Squad, you need to use said squad. If you don’t use it, it will not gain experience. Using a soldier type /= using said squad type. The soldiers in a squad will contribute XP to the squad they are in

Thanks. Most of that I knew but I still like your clear explanation. So to clarify - an engineer who is in a rifle squad doing well will add to the rifle squads experience and help with the rifle squads Upgrades?
Yes, that Engineer is only giving experience to the Rifleman Squad it is in. Matter of fact building rallies is one of the best ways of earning XP to level up a squad
