by simply increasing silver gain from x amount of silver per xp (idk the numbers and stuff), increase the rate of silver by at least 3x, thus the silver economy is more balanced, for example, if silver gain is 15 per 47 xp, than increasing it to 3x, thus it is 45 silver per 47 xp, thus the player gets more silver, in addition to this, make it so there is no xp gap, thus players who are getting loads of xp arent punished by being slowed down to getting less xp than they would have gotten
ofc you can change the description to make it more simple and easier to understand, i just want this solution to be added, since not only is it the most simple one, but is also the best solution possible!.
the reason silver economy is bad is due to silver gain being way way too low, thus increasing the silver gain will fix the issue in is entirety!
make it so you can make silver by “cycling” troops;
that is a 5-star rifleman-1 should return like 3500 silver when you “send them to the rear”, while the cost to then recruit a new, green, 1-star rifleman-1 would remain at 3000 silver.
