But you know that squads are parts of historical divisions right? So changing their name is limited if not imposible as they have to match names of units in those divisions.

I’d be fine with something like:
69th Mortar Division “Nickname”
If th nickname was local or party based.
No one really sees it anyway so it’d be nice to have.

would be more usefull than current soldier nicknaming that i only find worth on tank squads to know where the soldier belongs acording to their perks.

Doesnt matter I think, as long as anyone in the tank has the loader skill, it still switches grenades as if sitting in the right spot. So I gave 3 of my guys the skill, those that survive usually longest in the tank.

everyone have his perks acording to the position. current there are no commander or radio perks. but the loader perk i find it usefull.
breaking perk too + the tank upgrade. for quick peeks.
