I would recommend looking on/posting on some dedicated PC building forums. I don’t know what you are troubleshooting and what problems there may be.

thx. currently the problem is none of the usb’s seem to work and my monitor is unresponsive thru hdmi, and i dont have a dvi cord to try ( mobo has a dvi slot. no vga. 4 each of usb 2 and 3 on mobo. can confirm mobo has power bcause it has a bit of led that turns on when i hit the power button and the cpu fan turns on)
