Or do something else to them, the games are pretty much a running simulator at this point due to the long distance between the caps. Very boring.
They were shorter, and it wasn’t worth playing because you couldn’t earn any XP—that’s why the game was lengthened. They fixed the problem, and now you make more XP. Now you want to reverse the fix? Makes no sense!
If you don’t like conquest maps you won’t have to play them once they introduce map control.
Sure they were. I’m not sure if you realistically even get more experience for time invested in many of the matches since the action density is often so low. The mode is lame because of the walking simulator that it turns most of the maps into, since everyone is typically running from one enemy capped point to cap it, and then to the other, worst case you do multiple caps like this. The Pacific maps with long cap distances are the worst for it.
It leads into silly situations where you basically don’t see any enemies for a long ass time, since they do the same thing. It’s just very boring.
Like I said, once they introduce map control you won’t have to play conquest anymore; however, some of us actually enjoy Conquest mode. What I find boring are the constant one front, run straight to the point head banging that takes place on most maps since flanking is limited most of the time. Conquest is a break from that.
BTW, the entire game is a running simulator—not just the Conquest maps.
