One of the most important progression mechanics in all of Enlisted is leveling up squads. However, the amount of XP required for leveling them up has some egregious discrepancies between different squads in progression and across factions, most notably:

While squads requiring different amounts of XP to level up across different factions is bad enough as is, it is ridiculous that the (tier II in the tech tree!) biker squad, a complete meme with only 3 people, takes almost 1.5x as much XP to level as a tier V assaulter III squad - which has 7 soldiers.

The attack pilot squad XP costs speak for themselves - the level II squad requiring 13x more than the level III squad is just comical.
Please consider going through and reworking the XP costs for squads. This is just the tip of the iceberg - there are many other tech tree (AT II squad), as well as premerge squads that need reworking as well. Some of the most widely used squads, such as machine gunners, also have strange requirements are inconsistent between levels such as Machine Gunner II and III for Soviets, and undoubtedly more.
That aside, my opinion is that the motorcycle squads should (obviously) require the same XP to level across all countries, and be the lower of the two, or at the very least something in between. The Attacker Pilot II squad(s?) should have their XP costs lowered to something more reasonable, so people trying to level it don’t need to spend all match in a plane to level it , and the Attacker III squad should have the XP cost increased to something reasonable.
