It’s kinda frustrating throwing a Det pack at the perfect angle and instead of landing next to the tank, it bounces of 5 meters and doesn’t do any significant damage
You already nerfed it’s radius and that’s fine but atleast leave this goofy aaaahhhh mechanic out of the det pack
I don’t think it’s intentional feature, it’s just another bug.
Hopefully they’ll fix it with AT weapons as soon as possible.
Having a breather till AT bugs and merge drops. Im more than ready. Just need more info and fixes
I havent seen bouncing det packs for a little while now.
I threw them on tanks and they stay there.
But I did throw one next to a tank and the det pack didnt do “kaboom” but just “pppfffffff”.
No idea what happened there, looked like the det pack was under water but there was no water of course.
Also I threw an impact grenade against a wall next to an enemies head but it did not even mess up his hair.
I think today or tomorrow we’ll get more info. Or at least some bug fixes. Since few helpers were hyping something af.
It’s very annoying to say the least.
This was occurrent in the past before they nerfed the throwing range of grenades.
Remember when you could throw exp pack 50 m and it was very hard to kill tanks with the same guy since his det pack would bounce 5-10 m lmao.

I’ve seen them bounce as a new “feature” introduced in the past couple weeks. I think this was some attempt to “balance” them vs tanks when they were perfectly fine before said balance changes were made.
