So PPD40 and Kiraly also in the br4，there are no reason that a weaker gun have to stay br5.

NOT just see like ppsh41 so it put br 5
Mp717(r) is heavily nerfed and is worse than PPD-40 which is BR4 
move it to BR4 already!
